Riverside Academy Achieves Full Accreditation to Offer Oxford International Curriculum (OIC)! 🚀

Fumesua, May 10, 2025 – Riverside Academy is excited to announce that it has received full accreditation to teach the prestigious Oxford International Curriculum (OIC) starting from the 2025/2026 academic year. This exciting development takes us a step closer to fulfilling our vision of becoming a leading Christian school, locally and globally, providing students with a world-class education built on faith, excellence, and innovation.

The Oxford International Curriculum, developed by Oxford University Press – a department of the world-renowned Oxford University, UK, ranked as the number one university globally – follows the British curriculum framework. It emphasizes academic rigor, emotional resilience, and sustainability, providing a dynamic and future-ready educational experience for our students. Riverside Academy now joins a growing community of over 150 OIC schools across 20 countries and six continents, offering our students a truly global educational experience.

Implementation Class:The OIC will be implemented for Early Years (Pre-school) to Year 3, while Basic 4 and upwards will continue to follow the existing Ghana Education Service (GES) curriculum. This approach ensures a smooth transition while maintaining our commitment to delivering exceptional academic and spiritual development.
